The Transformers

Lately I’ve found myself in a strange but familiar place — the kind of place you reach after walking a long forest trail and suddenly realizing the path has faded beneath your feet. It’s not frightening, and it’s not sad. It’s simply unclear. A pause. A breath. A moment between what was and what will be.

In that space, I came across something I wrote many years ago. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what I was trying to say. Reading it now, I see a thread of hope running through it. A hope I didn’t recognize then, but one I need now.

So, I’m sharing it again, not as a conclusion, but as a reminder that even when the trail disappears, the journey continues.

An Old Reflection

Whenever I encounter a groundbreaking idea about life and existence, I often discover, after some research, that someone else had the same insight years earlier. I question why we can’t simply build on their work and move forward incrementally. All the paths I have traveled, no matter how obscure, were already explored by others long ago. I’ve come to believe that there is truly nothing new to learn about Life.

However, there are still many things I personally do not understand, so I will continue my journey. Perhaps someday I will catch up to the one who blazes the trails, and we can walk together.

Most indicators suggest our world is deteriorating, especially for Western societies, and perhaps that’s not entirely negative. It may be time to shift toward a more natural form of civilization focused less on the individual and more on community. I support the idea of a One World Order, although I doubt it will occur in my lifetime. Nonetheless, I hope my actions now will help make it happen someday.

I anticipate challenging weather ahead, but there’s no need to fear, as we are Created Beings shaping our world. Every morning, after my shower, I look into the Face of the One creating my reality while brushing my teeth. He is always there, smiling His approval from behind the mirror. Have you ever gazed deeply into the eyes of someone truly suffering while trying to help them? If you look closely, you’ll see God’s face reflected back, for God is ultimately a reflection of ourselves.

Reading these words today, I see they weren’t born from despair but from a profound desire for connection, purpose, and community. They come from someone who, even then, recognized that the world doesn’t need more dazzling discoveries. It needs more individuals willing to walk the Path united.

We are not meant to forge every path alone but to walk together. Even as society feels fractured and the future uncertain, our efforts in small communities remain crucial. Acts of compassion, like simply showing up for one another, still carry weight. The trail doesn’t have to be clearly visible for us to keep moving forward, and even when the world feels burdensome, Creation will continue to evolve through us… and that gives me hope.
