I have spent almost thirty years in Cambodia, inspired by its rural rhythms. My journey has also taken me to Indian reservations in New Mexico and the Philippines. In small villages in rural Honduras, I have experienced Easter rituals that made a deep impression. I have also seen death in war zones and hospices, and celebrated the growth of vulnerable children into responsible adults and parents. These journeys—through roads, rivers, and lives—inform the stories I share.
I write not to provide answers, but to hold up mirrors. My memoirs, parables, and meditations explore forgiveness, failure, and faith. They are offered as companions on the road—gentle reflections that invite comfort, curiosity, and hope.
I welcome you to walk with me for a while. Read, reflect, and if a story feels worth something, give back in friendship. My hope is that these words bring light, compassion, and companionship along your own road.
